Fitness Diary – August 2024 Entry

Workout:

  • Warm-up via light boxing
  • 10 reps Burpees to chin-ups (un-timed and lots of rest)
  • Double Kettlebell Bent-over Cleans and Jerk (8 x 3)

10 August 2024

Diet: Some rice no more than 1/2 cup on dinner

Workout:

  • 3.8 km afternoon run;  from home to C1 road and back
    very few rest walk time to rest

11 August 2024

Diet: Dragonfruit, 1 Yakult, and just 3 Tablespoon of ice are the only carb-y and sugary stuff that I consumed.

Workout:

  • Freestyle Boxing workout with bag, double-end bag, and shadowboxing (around 30 mins)
  • Single Kettlebell Squats – 12 x 3
